Consign Your Collection

Consigning with CIA is incredibly easy to do!!!

  1. Fill out the form below. If you have specific questions feel free to also enter it in the description box.
  2. A CIA agent will be in touch with you promptly (feel free to also call us anytime @ 972-362-8544).
  3. We will email you an E-contract to sign (no need to print it out). In the inventory section you can list each item, say “see spreadsheet”, or simply email us pictures and say “see pics”.
  4. Once signed, ship us your consignment via SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION to the PO Box provided. If using Fed Ex or UPS, let us know and we will provide that shipping address.
  5. We keep you up to date every step of the way from letting you know we received your package, when it’ll be listed, and more.
  6. We generally payout lightning fast within 1-5 business days. If you also bid on and win items, we deduct your winnings from what we owe you.

Upon approval, you will receive a contract to E-sign. After signing, we will countersign it, and a copy will be emailed to you. Important…

When you ship the items to us:

• Be sure to ship to the PO Box provided in the contract.
• Print the last page of the contract, OR write your name and a description of the items you are sending on a piece of paper. PLEASE INCLUDE ONE OF THESE IN THE PACKAGE WHEN YOU SEND IT.
• We recommend including the number of graded cards/comics and a brief overview of the ungraded items (you’re welcome to add more if you like, but only if you want to).

Consignment Fees

We have among the lowest fees in the industry. Consignment fees can vary based on the value, type of items, and frequency of consigning.

Our standard rate is:
10% Seller fee
15% Buyer’s Premium (Buyer pays). Most auction houses are 20-23% BP.

This rate can be reduced for higher value items.

Professional Assistance

We are dedicated to helping you maximize the value of your items. Our CIA representatives have graded tens of thousands of cards and provide grading services to PSA, SGC, JSA, and MBA Diamond submissions. When we identify cards that could be undervalued if left ungraded and are suitable for grading, we set them aside and share our recommendations with you.

This service is optional. Our goal is to provide you with all our expertise to ensure you achieve the highest return on your investment.
